Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Lodi, CA
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Lodi, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with elementary or middle school students and provide valuable speech therapy services. Position Details:
- Location: Lodi, CA
- Start Time: Between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (8-hour workday to accommodate IEPs and documentation)
- Hours per Week: Up to 40
- Caseload: 50-55 students
- School Sites: Elementary or Middle School
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
- Write IEPs, track progress, and manage documentation
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student assessments
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP licensure (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-55 students across multiple school sites
