About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our 0-5 Early Childhood Evaluation Team in Portland, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children from birth to age 5, providing speech and language evaluations and intervention services. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for children ages 0-5
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for early intervention
- Provide direct therapy and collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to child development goals
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions
