Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address students' goals and objectives.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in educational settings.
  • Monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy interventions as necessary.
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the development of educational plans.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
