As a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the skills to transform students' communication abilities and boost their confidence. We’re seeking a virtual SLP to deliver school-based teletherapy services, supporting students in overcoming speech and language challenges that impact their academic success. In this remote role, you'll work with students across grade levels, addressing articulation, language development, and fluency issues, all while enjoying the flexibility of teletherapy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current WA SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($48/hr+ depending on experience)
