We have full-time (37.5 hrs/week) and part-time SLP positions available for the 2024-2025 school year. Position Highlights:
- Caseload: 40 students split across 2 elementary schools (20 students per school). You'll be the case manager for half of your caseload.
- No caseload cap: Work with a workload model for manageable expectations.
- Caseload Details: A mix of speech-only cases, speech as a secondary disability, plus an ASD classroom and a developmental class.
- Fully staffed: No need to supervise SLPAs, allowing you to focus on your students.
- Start Date: Mid-October
- End Date: June 7th, 2025
- Pay Rate: $43+ per hour
- EdPlan IEP system and Medicaid billing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Manage and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress using the EdPlan system.
- Bill Medicaid for eligible services.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with school-based or pediatric populations is a plus.
