**Job Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)**
**Location: Flossmoor, IL**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Flossmoor, IL. This is a part-time role that requires a commitment of 2 days per week. You'll be responsible for providing direct services, consultation, and participating in IEP meetings for a small caseload.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Offer consultative services to teachers, parents, and other school personnel to enhance students school performance
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insightful suggestions and improvements for the student's education program
- Document and track student progress in accordance with school procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other school staff to maximize the effectiveness of speech therapy services
**Requirements:**
- Must be a fully licensed SLP in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
