Speech Pathologist CCC/CFY needed in Terre Haute, IN

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist this school year for a contract position located  Terre Haute, IN.

    Job Details: 

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 27,2023
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
• # of kiddos: around 80 students (many on consult and several that could be dismissed)
• # of buildings: 1 high school
• Age Range: 9th-12th Grade
• Duties: Provided speech and language therapy, keep data on goals, communicate with Team, participate in IEP meetings, maintain IEP paperwork, bill medicaid
• Interview times: ASAP

Requirements:

• Masters in Speech Language/ Communicative Disorders
• Active Speech license in IN
• School experience is a plus
