Spring Semester: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ridgefield, WA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group services
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Document and monitor all data 
• Facilitate IEP processes
• Develop behavioral plans
• Provide supervision to two Registered Behavior Technicians 
• Support behavioral team members
• Report writing 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• Provide consultation services with parents and staff members

Details:

• Spring semester
  • Jan. 6, 2025 - June 12, 2025
• K-12 caseload
  • Multiple school sites
  • 20 student caseload
• Full-time is preferred
  • Part-time will be considered

Requirements:

• Valid  BCBA Certificate
• Active WA Fingerprints
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
