Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a TVI, you will play a crucial role in providing education and support to visually impaired students, helping them achieve their academic goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Valid certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
  • Experience working with visually impaired students preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and other members of the education team


  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for visually impaired students
  • Provide instruction in Braille, adaptive technology, and other specialized techniques
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure students' needs are met
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
