Join Our Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Team!

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct screenings to identify students needing further evaluation.
- Train and provide resources to teachers and staff on speech and language development.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and create comprehensive educational plans.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Stay current with research and developments in speech-language pathology.
- Advocate for students' communication needs to ensure appropriate services and accommodations.
- Support communication and language development in students with diverse needs.
- Offer support and counseling to students and families regarding speech and language disorders.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and licensure.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Nevada Teaching Certification optional
- Nevada SLP license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
