Job Title: Travel BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Key West, FL 
Employment Type: Temporary (Travel)
Salary: $1,900-2,400 (varies by assignment)
Shift: Full Time (School Hours, Occasional After-School Events)

We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our travel team, working in school districts across the country. Job Description:
As a Travel BCBA, you will collaborate with school staff and families nationwide, assessing behavioral needs and implementing intervention plans that support students’ academic and social development. You will also provide guidance and training to educators to help reinforce behavior strategies in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Behavior Assessment: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students' behavior challenges and establish targeted intervention strategies.
  • Behavior Plans: Develop and apply individualized BIPs based on student assessments, ensuring plans are effective and adaptable.
  • Staff Training: Offer guidance and training to school staff to ensure consistent application of behavior plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive behavioral support.
  • Progress Tracking: Document and monitor student progress, making adjustments to BIPs as needed.
  • Education and Advocacy: Provide students, families, and staff with information on behavior management and positive reinforcement methods.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in school settings, ideally with students with behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective BIPs tailored to individual student needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the flexibility to work in various educational settings.
