ProCare Therapy is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Glenview, IL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans according to students' objectives
- Provide 1:1 and group services
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Document reports and monitor all data
- Facilitate IEP processes and meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Provide consultation services with parents and staff members
- Case management services
- Support behavioral team members
Details:
- K-12 caseload
- Offering part-time and full-time hours
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
