Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Intervention: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on clients' behavior and progress to ensure effective treatment and modifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients, and their families to develop and refine treatment plans.
- Support: Provide direct support and guidance to clients, helping them develop new skills and improve their behavior.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interventions, progress, and any changes in behavior to support ongoing treatment adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience: Prior experience as an RBT or in a similar behavioral support role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion: A sincere commitment to assisting individuals with behavioral challenges and a dedication to their progress and success.
