Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours (8 AM to 3 PM)
As a Paraprofessional you will:
- Assist special education teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Provide direct support to students in both academic and non-academic settings, ensuring their participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and facilitate a safe, productive learning environment.

Interview Process:
- Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team.
- Application submission: Resume and application shared with school district
- Interview: 30min virtual interview with school hiring team
- Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after an interview
