Virtual School Psychologist | Minnesota
Position: School Psychologist
Location: Virtual/Remote Minnesota
Duration: Full Time; 2024-2025 School Year
Caseload: K-12, details provided during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Administer psychological assessments to identify students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Provide Counseling and Support: Offer individual and group counseling to support students' mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with Educational Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies that support students' academic and emotional growth.
- Develop and Implement IEPs: Contribute to the creation and regular updating of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable goals and interventions.
- Consult with School Staff and Families: Advise teachers, administrators, and parents on behavioral interventions and strategies to improve student success and well-being.
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active School Psychology license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
- Experience with virtual counseling or teletherapy is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (Chromebooks/tablets are not permitted)
Pay & Benefits:
- 1099 Contract Position

- Hourly Rate: $40-$55/hr (based on experience and district budget)

Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: A 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- Pass a Tech Screening: A 15-minute assessment to test your proficiency with the virtual platform and your internet speed
- Virtual Interview: A 20-30 minute interview with the school district
- Offer: Typically made within 24-48 hours of the interview
