Virtual School Psychologist | Virginia (VA)
Position: School Psychologist
Location: Virtual/Remote Virginia
Duration: Full Time; 2024-2025 School Year
Caseload: K-12, specific details provided during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Psychological Assessments: Administer, score, and interpret psychological evaluations for students K-12 to assess their academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Provide Counseling Support: Offer virtual individual and group counseling to address students’ emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
- Collaborate with Educational Teams: Work closely with school staff, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective support strategies for students.
- IEP Development and Review: Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Behavioral Consultation: Provide guidance on behavioral interventions, classroom management, and strategies for improving students’ social skills and emotional well-being.
Job Qualifications:
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license
- At least 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist
- Experience with virtual counseling and teletherapy is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (Chromebooks/tablets are not permitted)
Pay & Benefits:
- 1099 Contract Position

- Hourly Rate: $40-$55/hr (based on experience and district budget)

Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: A 10-15 minute introductory call with a VocoVision Recruiter
