Communication is the foundation of learning, and as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the skills to unlock that potential in students. We’re seeking a passionate virtual SLP to deliver school-based teletherapy services, supporting students in overcoming speech and language challenges that impact their educational success. In this fully remote role, you’ll help students build confidence, improve communication, and achieve their academic goals—all from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current WA SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($48/hr+ depending on experience)
