Job Description
As a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), your expertise can empower students to communicate confidently and succeed academically. We’re seeking a virtual SLP to join our school-based teletherapy program, providing vital speech and language services to students in a fully remote setting. In this role, you’ll work with students across grade levels, addressing challenges in articulation, language development, and fluency, all while leveraging telehealth tools to create meaningful progress. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current NM SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($48/hr+ depending on experience)
