Do you have a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual team and provide school-based teletherapy services. In this remote role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with students at various grade levels, addressing speech and language needs that impact their academic and social development. Whether you're helping with speech articulation or language comprehension, your expertise will be crucial in empowering students to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current Michigan SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($48/hr+ depending on experience)
