Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote IL Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline, an active IL license to practice, and a minimum of two years of school experience. The candidate must also have the ability to work remotely and have reliable internet and wifi.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling services to students in need of emotional, social, and mental support.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to identify and address the needs of students.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students with mental health concerns.
• Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and presentations on various topics related to mental health and social-emotional learning.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided and student progress.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
• Active IL license to practice.
• At least two years of school experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet and wifi connection.
• PEL required.
