Job Description
Procare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential speech and language services to students in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across various age groups (K-12).
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and tools effectively to deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Attend virtual meetings, IEP meetings, and consultations as required.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as Procare Therapy's standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
