Caseload: PreK-12th Grade (Details will be provided during the interview)
Pay Range: $43-48/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized virtual speech therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
• Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose and address speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress in accordance with state and district standards.
• Use creative strategies to engage students in virtual settings.
• Partner with parents, educators, and para facilitators to implement effective communication strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in speech therapy and implement innovative techniques to support students’ academic and social success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Washington Education Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• A minimum of two years of experience in school-based or educational settings (preferred).
• Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology.
