As a full-time Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to support the educational needs of our students for the 2023/2024 school year.


  • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students within the special education program.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals, delivering therapy services remotely.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals through virtual platforms to develop and monitor student's progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, utilizing interactive online tools.
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques and resources to enhance students' communication skills remotely.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of student evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current license/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Prior experience working with special education students is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for virtual interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and parents through online platforms.
