Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Vision Impairment Teacher to work with students with visual impairments, providing specialized instruction to support their learning needs. The role involves collaborating with school staff and families to create effective strategies for academic and personal development. This role is 100% virtual.
Responsibilities:

Instruction and Assessment: Assess students' needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with specialized instruction, including skills such as orientation, mobility, and daily living.

Collaboration and Support: Work with teachers, parents, and professionals to adapt materials and teaching strategies, advocating for students' academic and social success.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Visual Impairments required
- Knowledge of visual impairment conditions and instructional techniques
- Teacher for the Blind Endorsement
- Teletherapy experience preferred, not required
