Remote Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
 
 

As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the unique opportunity to make a profound difference in students' lives. We are looking for a skilled virtual SLP to provide impactful school-based teletherapy, helping students overcome speech and language challenges that affect their academic progress. In this remote role, you’ll work with students of various age groups, addressing communication barriers like articulation issues and language delays, ultimately empowering them to succeed. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA-CCC required
  • Current NC SLP license/Teaching Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($42/hr+ depending on experience)
