Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Basic knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
  • Dependable, with strong time management and organizational skills

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available, with days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any concerns to nursing staff
  • Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and daily tasks as directed
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of patients at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms and common areas
  • Support patients emotional well-being by offering empathy and companionship
  • Document care provided using appropriate healthcare systems
