Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
- Dependable, with strong time management and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available, with days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any concerns to nursing staff
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and daily tasks as directed
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of patients at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms and common areas
- Support patients emotional well-being by offering empathy and companionship
- Document care provided using appropriate healthcare systems
