Qualifications:
- Hold a current, active nursing license as an LPN or RN
- Maintain up-to-date CPR and AED certification
- Previous experience in pediatrics or a school nursing setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and able to work efficiently with children and educational staff
- Demonstrate excellent assessment and problemsolving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students on-site
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and routine health screenings
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate care with external healthcare providers as necessary
- Support health education initiatives and promote a safe school environment
- Maintain accurate health records and adhere to confidentiality standards
- Act as a liaison between students, families, and school staff regarding health-related matters
