Job Description
Enjoy a fulfilling opportunity supporting patient care in a dynamic environment as a skilled Respiratory Therapist. This contract role is ideal for Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) and Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) who bring proven experience and a commitment to top-quality respiratory care.
Schedule:
- Night shifts
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Active licensure and required certifications in respiratory therapy
- Experience delivering respiratory care in acute or hospital settings
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Capable of performing clinical assessments and interventions independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a range of respiratory treatments and therapies to patients
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and respiratory responses
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to devise effective care plans
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment securely and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment usage as needed
