Make a difference every day by providing essential behavioral support in a dynamic school setting near Aberdeen, MS! We're seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work with a small caseload of students ages 5 to 14. As part of a collaborative and compassionate team, youll play an important role in helping students whose behavioral needs impact their access to instruction and campus safety.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT or BCBA certification
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between 6 school sites
- Passion for nurturing positive behavioral changes in children and adolescents
What Youll Do:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to students across multiple school sites
- Support students in accessing instruction and maintaining a safe learning environment
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals to create and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Collect data and document progress for each student
- Attend team meetings and contribute thoughtfully to case discussions
Role Details:
- Contract position with two openings available for either RBTs or BCBAs
- 20-25 hours per week, spread over 3 or 4 days as fits your schedule
- Serve a manageable caseload of just 6 students
- Assignment scheduled from July 27, 2026, through May 26, 2027
