Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field
Commitment to professional standards and ethical practices
Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and requirements for educational and behavioral professionals
Experience in school-based settings or working with children/adolescents is highly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
Train and support educators and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies
Collect data, evaluate progress, and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all professional standards and guidelines
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
