As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in an Autism and Early Years Program, delivering high-impact services for students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- School-based BCBA experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in supporting students with autism and cognitive challenges
- Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in program development and behavioral oversight
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing behavioral analysis and support to students enrolled in the Autism and Early Years Program
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students with moderate to severe needs
- Offer guidance and training to educational staff to best support behavioral goals
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and conduct regular progress monitoring for all assigned students
