Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • School-based BCBA experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in supporting students with autism and cognitive challenges
  • Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in program development and behavioral oversight

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing behavioral analysis and support to students enrolled in the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students with moderate to severe needs
  • Offer guidance and training to educational staff to best support behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and conduct regular progress monitoring for all assigned students

This role promises a structured full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running Monday through Friday during the academic year from late August through mid-June. The focus is entirely on-site, ensuring you can connect meaningfully with students and staff.
