Job Description

Make a difference for students with behavioral and physical disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract position. This opportunity begins September 8, 2026, and runs through June 10, 2027. With a 37.5-hour workweek and a diverse caseload of 35-40 students across multiple classrooms, youll utilize your expertise to provide essential behavioral supports in a setting 4 environment.

Youll spend your days in one building, working within both South Education Center and North Education Center, supporting students facing significant behavioral and physical challenges. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about behavior analysis, dedicated to teamwork, and committed to making a positive impact on student progress.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Proven experience working with students who have severe behavioral and physical disabilities
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
  • Strong documentation, paperwork, and reporting skills
  • Comfort with debriefing, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting multiple classrooms
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic educational settings
  • Contract experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support 35-40 students in multiple classrooms, including students in setting 4
  • Conduct FBAs, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
  • Complete required documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Provide debriefings and staff training as needed
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and support personnel
  • Maintain a consistent presence in one building, rotating between key education centers
