Job Description

With a manageable caseload of 6 students spread across 6 school sites, youll foster growth and create pathways for improved academic engagement and safer campuses.

This position is structured for professionals seeking part-time flexibility, with options to work 20 to 25 hours over 3 or 4 days per week. The assignment begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, providing a full academic year of professional engagement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within educational settings
  • Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Ability to adapt to different sites and collaborate with diverse educational teams
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted behavior support for students whose needs impact instructional access or campus safety
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff
  • Collect and document data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide consultation and training to educators and support staff
  • Maintain close communication with school teams, parents, and guardians
