This position is structured for professionals seeking part-time flexibility, with options to work 20 to 25 hours over 3 or 4 days per week. The assignment begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, providing a full academic year of professional engagement.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within educational settings
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies
- Ability to adapt to different sites and collaborate with diverse educational teams
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted behavior support for students whose needs impact instructional access or campus safety
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff
- Collect and document data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide consultation and training to educators and support staff
- Maintain close communication with school teams, parents, and guardians
