Two exciting contract positions are available for experienced professionals to provide essential behavioral support and guidance to students and educational staff. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week throughout the academic year, spanning from August 2026 through May 2027.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Recent experience working in schools or educational settings
  • Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance with educational standards

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
  • Creating, monitoring, and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Training and supporting school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Facilitating team meetings and collaborating with educators, families, and support personnel
  • Tracking student progress and preparing professional reports
  • Remaining compliant with district, state, and federal guidelines
