BCBA- Elementary School
Location: Falls Church, VA
Assignment Dates: August 20, 2026 June 11, 2027
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:45 AM 4:15 PM
Join a collaborative elementary school team supporting students in grades 35! We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services, collaborate with school staff, and help students achieve meaningful success in the classroom.

Position Details
- Elementary school setting serving students in grades 35
- Full-time, onsite position
- Lead and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions and student support
- Monitor, collect, and analyze behavioral data to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement effective behavior strategies
- Support positive learning environments through evidence-based behavioral practices
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified BCBAs from other settings are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
