Job Description

Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to a dynamic and rewarding educational environment. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), youll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact district-wide, supporting K-12 students and collaborating with dedicated staff in a contract, full-time capacity.

In this vital role, you'll oversee multiple school sites and serve as the go-to resource for behavior and autism support programs. Rather than managing a direct caseload, your focus will be on providing essential support for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your guidance will help shape positive outcomes for students and foster effective, evidence-based practices among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado BCBA license
  • Current CDE credentials
  • Experience supporting school-based behavior and autism programs preferred
  • Strong background in conducting FBAs and developing/implementing BIPs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise staff, specifically RBTs
  • Must be available for full-time, onsite work for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year

Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple sites across the district (K-12), working collaboratively with school teams
  • Serve as a district-wide resource for behavioral interventions and autism program support
  • Conduct FBAs and assist in creating and implementing BIPs
  • Supervise and mentor two RBTs, offering direct support and guidance
  • Provide trainings and consultative services for building staff as needed

As you step into this position, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing student support services and empowering your colleagues with evidence-based strategies.

Ready to take your BCBA expertise to a new level within a forward-thinking district? Submit your application today and help shape exceptional educational experiences.
