Qualifications:
- Active Colorado BCBA license
- Current CDE credentials
- Experience supporting school-based behavior and autism programs preferred
- Strong background in conducting FBAs and developing/implementing BIPs
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise staff, specifically RBTs
- Must be available for full-time, onsite work for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple sites across the district (K-12), working collaboratively with school teams
- Serve as a district-wide resource for behavioral interventions and autism program support
- Conduct FBAs and assist in creating and implementing BIPs
- Supervise and mentor two RBTs, offering direct support and guidance
- Provide trainings and consultative services for building staff as needed
As you step into this position, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing student support services and empowering your colleagues with evidence-based strategies.
