26/27 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Hot Springs- Arkansas 

ProCare Therapy is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a unique district-wide school position. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help a district implement their first BCBA support program for students transitioning from ABA services.

Job Details:
Start Date: August 4, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Schedule: 30 Hours Per Week
Format: On-site only (No virtual applicants)
Travel: District-wide role covering 6 campuses (very close proximity; all within a 1-mile radius)

Caseload Information:
Total Caseload: 8 Students
Breakdown: 4 Kindergarten (transitioning), 2 Elementary, 2 High School

Key Responsibilities:
Assessing 4 new Kindergarten students
Creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervising RBTs (as support is needed)
Providing guidance to a district new to BCBA support

Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification
Applicable State Licensing
Ability to interview and start for the 26/27 school year
Open to Travelers!
