Job Description
Step into a pivotal role supporting students across multiple campuses in a contract position lasting from August 4, 2026, to May 28, 2027. You'll oversee services for a caseload of eight students ranging from those transitioning into kindergarten to high schoolers. This district-wide opportunity offers the chance to make a substantial impact as the district introduces BCBA-driven support to sustain and expand services previously provided by ABA professionals.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong background in conducting assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Comfortable supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, including early learners and adolescents
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between up to 6 campuses within a close radius
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess incoming kindergarten students and evaluate behavioral support needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to individual students
- Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs if the need for RBT support arises
- Collaborate with school teams to ensure effective ABA service integration
- Serve as a pioneering resource in supporting a district launching BCBA services
Pay will range from $50-$60 per hour and will be commensurate with years of experience.
