Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of professional standards of practice for behavior analysis in educational settings
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Previous school-based BCBA experience is helpful, but those with a passion for student success are encouraged to apply

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administration, and paraprofessionals to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data; monitor student progress, making recommendations for program adjustments as needed
  • Provide mentoring and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Maintain thorough documentation to support compliance with state and school policies
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other team members regarding student needs and program outcomes
