Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of professional standards of practice for behavior analysis in educational settings
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Previous school-based BCBA experience is helpful, but those with a passion for student success are encouraged to apply
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and paraprofessionals to implement evidence-based interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data; monitor student progress, making recommendations for program adjustments as needed
- Provide mentoring and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
- Maintain thorough documentation to support compliance with state and school policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other team members regarding student needs and program outcomes
