Qualifications / Experience Needed:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with Pre-K through 12th-grade students preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis services to a caseload of approximately 5060 students
- Develop and implement positive behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insightful recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
