Exciting opportunity for a dedicated behavioral support professional to work with 5th-6th grade students in a school-based environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is ideal for a BCBA, experienced Paraprofessional, or credentialed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a consistent assignment near Manchester, NH. The assignment runs from August 2026 through June 2027, providing essential support to students and collaborating with educational teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification or RBT credential required
- Previous experience supporting behavioral needs within a school or similar setting
- Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work alongside teachers, school staff, and families
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral support, collect data, and assist with targeted interventions for a 5th-6th grade caseload
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to integrate behavior strategies in the classroom
- Accurately track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in team meetings as needed
- Provide input and feedback on the effectiveness of intervention plans
- Assist in training or supporting paraprofessionals involved with behavioral programming
- Adapt strategies as required to meet student needs and goals
