Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in educational settings, preferably with students with severe behavioral and physical needs
• Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable handling paperwork, data collection, and comprehensive student reports
• Ability to work across multiple classrooms with a caseload of 35-40 students
• Effective communication and debriefing skills with staff and administration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support and interventions to students with high needs in a single facility encompassing multiple classrooms
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports
• Collaborate with teachers and staff through debriefings and ongoing support
• Provide professional development and training to educational personnel
