Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in educational settings, preferably with students with severe behavioral and physical needs
- Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Comfortable handling paperwork, data collection, and comprehensive student reports
- Ability to work across multiple classrooms with a caseload of 35-40 students
- Effective communication and debriefing skills with staff and administration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral support and interventions to students with high needs in a single facility encompassing multiple classrooms
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports
- Collaborate with teachers and staff through debriefings and ongoing support
- Provide professional development and training to educational personnel
