An exciting opportunity is available for a BCBA based in California seeking a full time, on-site or hybrid opportunity in a Morgan Hill CA school setting with Morgan Hill Unified School District. This role offers leadership opportunities in behavioral programming while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time onsite BCBA opportunity for the 20262027 school year in Morgan Hill CA
• Oversee and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Supervise RBTs/BTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and school staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in school-based ABA services preferred
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
