Make an impact in the lives of students while putting your BCBA expertise to work in a dynamic school-based setting. This contract opportunity, running from August 18, 2026, to June 9, 2027, offers the chance to support seven school buildings within a close-knit 10-mile radius. Enjoy a flexible, negotiable weekly schedule of 30 to 37.5 hours as you collaborate with a dedicated student support team.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating CPI trainings, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and providing on-site support and training to PCAs, IAs, and RBTs. Your expertise will directly contribute to a supportive educational environment and help foster positive outcomes for students and staff alike.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification with school-based experience
- PA clearances updated within the past 12 months
- Experience in training and supervising RBTs and other support staff preferred
- CPI Certified Instructor a plus
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with district staff and administrators
Key duties:
- Lead CPI trainings for student support staff across multiple buildings
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Offer direct, onsite support to PCAs, IAs, and other team members, ensuring consistency and quality across programs
