Job Description
Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with a supportive district eager to implement ABA services for its students. Beginning in early August 2026 and running through late May 2027, this assignment invites you to make a significant impact by providing expert behavioral support across multiple campusesall conveniently located within a mile radius of one another.
In this district-wide role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of students and staff, supporting a caseload of 8 students: 4 transitioning to kindergarten, 2 in elementary, and 2 in high school. Your expertise will guide the successful onboarding and continued support of students bridging early learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, especially with incoming kindergarteners.
- Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed.
- Provide district-wide behavioral support, traveling to at least 6 campuses as required.
- Serve as a resource and conduit as the district builds its ABA infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric ABA preferred.
- Ability to travel between closely situated campuses.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to support multidisciplinary teams.
This position offers an attractive hourly rate of $50-60, commensurate with your years of experience.
