The role offers a weekly schedule of 32.5 to 35 hours, ensuring meaningful work-life balance while making a lasting impact in students lives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA or RBT certification, or experience as a Paraprofessional working in school settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach
  • Ability to adjust strategies based on student progress and feedback

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or group behavioral interventions as prescribed by individual plans
  • Support academic achievement and social-emotional growth of 5th6th grade students
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBA supervisors, and related service providers
  • Accurately document behaviors, interventions, and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings to refine approaches and share insights
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
