- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

- Familiarity with current professional standards of practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience working within school settings is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to implement positive behavioral supports
- Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring documentation is thorough and up-to-date
