What were looking for:
- Active BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and students
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted behavioral interventions for students whose needs affect their access to instruction and school safety
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and monitor effective support strategies
- Conduct assessments, collect data, and provide progress reports
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for each student
- Serve as a consultative resource for school teams and families
