Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students whose behavioral needs require expert guidance and compassion. Were seeking two dedicated therapists, either Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), for a contract assignment within school settings. You'll work closely with students ages 5 to 14 across multiple sites, helping them access their education and fostering a positive, safe campus experience.
This flexible, part-time role begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027. Youll have the option to work 2025 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, balancing your passion for making a difference with a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Caseloads will be manageable, with six students per provider across six school locations.
Qualifications & Skills Sought:
- Current RBT or BCBA certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between local school sites as assigned
In this role, you will:
- Provide individualized support and behavioral intervention for students
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective strategies
- Help ensure campus safety by addressing behavioral challenges
- Collect data and monitor progress toward students behavioral goals
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and planning
