Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience providing behavioral support to children ages 514 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Valid licensure or eligibility in the state
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted behavioral support to students ages 5-14 whose behaviors affect access to learning or impact campus safety
- Manage a caseload of 6 students across 6 school sites
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Collect data, implement individualized plans, and monitor student progress
