Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience providing behavioral support to children ages 514 preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid licensure or eligibility in the state

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted behavioral support to students ages 5-14 whose behaviors affect access to learning or impact campus safety
  • Manage a caseload of 6 students across 6 school sites
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Collect data, implement individualized plans, and monitor student progress
